Burning Keynote presentations in iDVD

When you export a Keynote presentation (one that contains audio) as a QuickTime movie and then try to burn it to a disc using iDVD, the audio won't be on the resulting disc. This happens because a Keynote QuickTime export produces two separate files: title.mov title_soundtrack.mov The title.mov file must reference the title_soundtrack.mov file to play the audio in QuickTime Player. However, this reference is lost when the title_soundtrack.mov isn't imported.

Keynote: Transitions do not appear as expected in Flash export

When viewing a Flash file that you've exported from a Keynote project, you may notice that some of your transitions have been replaced with a dissolve. Other transitions that are present may play much slower than they did in your original Keynote presentation. When you create a PDF file from an iWork application, please note that drop shadows within the PDF document may not display in all PDF readers.

The drop shadows in Pages and Keynote are generated by a component of Mac OS X. When you view iWork-generated PDF files in Preview, you'll see these shadows. However, if you view the PDF with a third-party reader that doesn't use this component, the shadows will be missing.
