Creating shortcuts to your favorite keywords
You can make your favorite keywords even easier to use by putting them on your quick-pick list, which assigns each keyword a keyboard shortcut.
To identify your favorite keywords and create shortcuts for them:

Choose Window > Show Keywords.

Drag your preferred keywords from the lower field into the upper field.
The explanatory text disappears.

Note the keyboard shortcut assigned to each keyword. This is usually the first letter of the keyword. If that letter is already taken by another favorite keyword, the second letter of the keyword becomes the default.

To use the shortcut, choose Window > Show Keywords to open the Keywords window. Select a photo and press the letter key associated with the keyword you want.
To see the keywords for each photo, choose View > Keywords.
