What to do about a text warning
Most book, calendar, and card themes are formatted to include text. When you include text, a warning symbol indicates if you've added too many words to fit the page.
To fix a text-formatting error:
- Choose a new font or text style that takes up less space on the page.
- Edit the block of text so it includes fewer words.
Very rarely, iPhoto will show a text warning even if the text fits. If you really want to use a particular font, but are getting a text warning, you can test it by printing the page on your local printer. To do this, choose File > Print, and click PDF (in the bottom-left corner of the dialog). Click Save As PDF, then give the book, calendar, or card a name, choose a location, and click Save. Then you can open it and print it out as you would any other document.
