Switching between photo libraries
You can switch from the photo library you're currently working on to another one you've already created.
To switch between photo libraries:
- Quit iPhoto.
- Rename your current iPhoto Library folder in the Finder or move it to a new location on your hard disk, and then open iPhoto.
- Click Choose Library.
- Choose the library you want to display.
- Click Open.
Tip: If you don't want to rename or move your current iPhoto Library folder, hold down the Option key while opening iPhoto.
The library appears in the Source list. Any photos you import will be added to this library.
You can only modify or edit photos in one library at a time, but you can view other photo libraries you've burned to CD or DVD.
