Resolving VoiceOver key command conflicts
Some applications use the Control and Option keys together with another key to perform an action. If you are using VoiceOver and want to use the application's command, you can type a command that tells VoiceOver to ignore the next key combination.
To have VoiceOver ignore the next key combination:
Press Control-Option-Tab. Then type the command for the application.
