Adding an Agent to a Grid

You can add an agent for a controller in Xgrid Admin. You can add agents that are currently offline and they will be available to the grid when their computers come online or their administrators make the agents active.

1. Open Xgrid Admin.
2. Select the controller in the Controllers and Grids list.
3. Click Agents in the button bar.
4. Click the Add button (+) below the list of agents.
5. Type a name for the agent and click OK.

   The agent is added to the list. The color bubble to the left of the name shows the agent's status. See Status Indicators in Xgrid Admin for details.
