Viewing information about completed print jobs

You can view information about what you’ve printed on a printer, including the time and date it was printed.

To view information about completed print jobs:

Step 1

Open System Preferences and click Print & Fax.

Open Print and Fax preferences
Step 2

Select the printer in the Printers list, and then click Open Print Queue.

Step 3

Choose Jobs > Show Completed Jobs.
