Checking the status of a fax

While your document is being sent, click the modem's icon in the Dock.

The Status column shows whether the document is faxing or on hold. If all fax jobs to this modem have been stopped, "Jobs Stopped" appears next to the fax machine's icon.

To resume a fax job that is on hold, select it and click Resume.

To resume all fax jobs after they've been stopped, click Start Jobs. To stop all print jobs to this modem, click Stop Jobs.

If you want to delete a fax, select it and click Delete.
