Printing multiple copies of a document

When you print a document, you can specify the number of copies you want to print.

  1. Open the document you want to print.
  2. Choose File > Print.
  3. In the Copies & Pages pane, type the number of copies you want to print in the Copies field.
  4. If the Collated checkbox is selected, then all the pages of the document print before the next copy prints.

  5. Click Print.
