Using QuickPicks
QuickPicks are groups of related files, such as all your stored email or all documents you created using a certain application. You can use QuickPicks to quickly add these groups of files to your backup list.
For example, if you select the Keynote Documents QuickPick, any documents you create using Keynote will automatically be added to your backup list and selected for the next backup.
When you choose a QuickPick that looks for certain types of files (such as files created with Keynote or files in your iTunes library), only files located in your home folder are included.
To view QuickPicks:
- Create a new plan or double-click an existing plan in the Backup window.
- Click the Add (+) button below the Backup Items list.
- Click QuickPicks.
