Mac OS X: How to copy and paste
You can copy text, graphics, pictures, or movies, then paste what you copied in another place in the same document or in a different document.
Select the text, graphic, picture, or movie you want to copy and choose Copy from the Edit menu. Select where you want to paste the item and choose Paste from the Edit menu.

You can also move text, graphics, pictures, and movies by dragging.
